Trail Conditions

Spirit Trail | Easy 10 min walk with great views of Howe Sound and Skypilot mountain. |
Panorama Trail | Easy walking in mature forest to Chiefview platform and back. |
Wonderland Lake Loop | Easy walking. Aquatic plants starting to emerge, such as Lily pads, and Buckbean. |
Alpine Alley | Now open! Come check out the via ferrata on the Adventure route portion of trail. |
Sea to Summit Trail & The Climb | Good hiking. Hikers must be prepared with appropriate gear for changing conditions as they gain elevation. Trail sections may be slippery without proper footwear when wet. Allow plenty of time when travelling this long and demanding trail. If this is your first time hiking Sea To Summit trail or The Climb, we recommend leaving before 11am. Always carry a headlamp and extra gear. Be sure to carry sufficient water (one litre minimum). Note that cellular reception is not dependable on portions of this trail. |
Al's Habrich Trail | Mixture of exposed rock/dirt and snow beyond marker 53. Summer entrance is now open for the season. |
Shannon Basin Loop | Note that cellular reception is not dependable on this loop trail. |
Highline Trail | Open. |

Neverland Loop Trail | Trail is brushy and somewhat overgrown. Expect some snow sections. |
Skyline RidgeTrail |
The old logging road portion of trail was fully cleared of overgrown alder last spring. Much better hiking experience now along this beautiful, non-technical trail to the alpine region. Snow on upper portions of trail. |
Sky Pilot ValleyTrail | Good, snow free conditions to end of road portion of trail. Micro-spikes (crampons) recommended beyond end of marked trail marker. |
Access Road |
Good for walking and backcountry hiker/mountaineer/skier/snowboarder access. |
