At approximately 4:00am on Monday, September 14, a second act of vandalism occurred at the Sea to Sky Gondola and the main cable has been cut. No staff or guests were on the line. We are working with the RCMP and our efforts are focused on the well-being of our staff at this time. The gondola is closed and we ask that the public stay away from the area for the safety of everyone.

Sea to Sky Gondola Winter Walking

Winter WalkingEnjoy the quiet solitude of winter

Take in the crisp mountain air and spend a moment listening to the quiet solitude of winter.

There are endless opportunities to soak in the beautiful vistas of Squamish. Take in the crisp mountain air, snow-capped forests and high-alpine peaks overlooking some of the most beautiful terrain in British Columbia. Walk through our Inbound Trails on your own or with friends and family, and end your day in the Summit Lodge for hot drinks and a warm bite to eat.

The Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, Summit Lodge Viewing Deck and Spirit Trail will be cleared all winter for you to enjoy. We recommend throwing on some crampons, grabbing some poles and heading out on the trails at our summit.
