Fam Tours
We’re pleased to support Familiarization (FAM) tours arranged independently or in partnership with Destination Vancouver, Destination BC, or Destination Canada. To check availability, please provide your requested date, estimated arrival time, number of participants, and each participant’s job title and travel industry affiliation.
We recommend booking your FAM visit well in advance.

Travel Agents, Commercial Flight Crew and Cruise Employees
Travel Agents
Domestic travel agents receive complimentary admission when valid industry identification is presented at time of entry (e.g. IATA card). Travelling companions pay regular ticket prices.
Terms & Conditions
Reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Please email and include your name, date you wish to visit, and a copy of your valid industry identification. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm your reservation.
Commercial Flight Crew & Cruise Employees
Commercial airline flight crew and cruise employees receive a 15% discount on round-trip gondola tickets when valid travel industry identification (e.g. Commercial Airline Flight Crew photo ID or ship employee ID) is presented at the ticket window. No reservations required.
The discount is only for the employee/s. Travelling companions are subject to regular admission fees.
Hotel Industry Employees
Domestic front-of-house hotel employees (front desk, sales, concierge, bellman and valet) are offered complimentary admission. Eligible employees will be given complimentary admission with proof of valid identification, travelling companions are subject to regular admission fees.
Upon collecting your tickets at Guest Services, one of the following must be presented, along with a piece of valid photo ID:
Business card – must state name, position and workplace
Pay stub – stating position, name and workplace
Letter from Department Manager – confirming employment and position
Valid Work ID / Name Badge – stating name, position and workplace
