The Summit Lodge is cozy, and seats are limited; therefore, this is a reservations-only event. We cannot accept walk-ins.
Please note: a gondola ticket or annual membership is required for access.

Enjoy the winter edition of The Taste of the Summit, where Mediterranean-inspired flavours meet mountain elegance. Our shareable tapas are crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients rooted in Spanish tradition, with vegetarian and gluten-friendly options.
Each week, a live piano player brings warmth and atmosphere to the evening, creating the perfect backdrop for connection. Gather around to share a meal, a sunset and an experience.
Timing & Experience
Please arrive at the gondola base 20 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for check-in and your scenic ascent. Please note that all reservations are limited to a maximum of 90 minutes to ensure an elevated and seamless experience for all guests.
No-Show Policy
A $20 per guest no-show fee applies. Cancellations are accepted up to 24-hours in advance.
