Operations Manager
Reporting to the Director of Operations, Maintenance & Special Projects, the Operations Manager is a full-time, year-round poistion with a significant amount of responsibility. This position manages several Supervisors of the following departments: Lift Operations, Summit Guides, and Mountain Crew. This role will carry out management responsibilities in accordance with established policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, performance management, and addressing guest complaints and resolving problems.
Retail Assistant Manager
Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, the Retail Assistant Manager plays a key role in translating strategic vision into actionable retail plans that drive targeted growth in sales and profitability. This role supports the execution of departmental strategies and ensures that buying decisions align with financial goals and deliver strong profit margins.
Guest Services Manager
Reports to the Director of Marketing, Sales and Guest Services, the Guest Services Manager supports our Guest Services team and ensure all members are set up for success. This role requires project management, strong administration and the ability to balance the needs of the team while addressing the requirements of the business.

Lift Host & Tube Park Attendant
Our Lift Hosts and Tube Park Attendant are often the first interaction our guests have with the Gondola, making this position vitally important to ensuring the experience is exceptional. Welcoming guests to the gondola, answering questions about activities and programming, ensuring all guests have a valid ticket by scanning passes, and making sure guests get onto the Gondola in a safe manner make up the daily activities involved in this role.
