Stay alert and focused during solo night shifts to ensure constant situational awareness and immediate response capability.
Conduct unannounced security assessments at base and summit locations, including mountainous and high-risk terrain.
Support investigations into incidents involving possible sabotage, unauthorized access, or system tampering.
Work closely with leadership and operations, to ensure integrated threat management and reporting.

Provide safe operation of the gondola.
Serve as part of the rapid response team for security breaches, including in outdoor or difficult-to-reach locations.
Qualifications:
Must be able to operate effectively in outdoor, mountainous, and sometimes extreme weather conditions.
Comfortable with overnight scheduling and working without direct supervision or back up
Discretion, integrity, and a high level of personal responsibility are essential.
Familiarity with CCTV systems, motion sensors, remote surveillance, and alarm response protocols.

Excellent knowledge of sabotage detection techniques, risk mitigation strategies, and investigative methods.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and situational assessment skills.
Safety oriented with the ability and commitment to follow all WorksafeBC procedures.
