Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Wage: Starting at $20.75/hour

We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces. As a Mountain Crew Member, you'll help care for our trails, landscaped areas, and mountain facilities while supporting a variety of operational needs across the business. This is a physically active role that offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to work in one of British Columbia's most spectacular outdoor environments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and improve mountain trails and outdoor guest areas
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing, watering, weed trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Support operations and maintenance teams with general labour as required
- Safely operate power tools and equipment, including brush cutters, trimmers, and chainsaws
- Operate utility vehicles, including side-by-sides, 4x4 trucks, and trail dumpers
- Conduct daily inspections of tools and equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Follow safe work practices and wear required PPE at all times
- Assist with snow clearing and winter maintenance activities
- Interact with Guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Support other departments including Lift Operations, Guest Services, Ticket Scanning, Tube Park, and guided experiences as operational needs require
- Assist with facility maintenance, litter collection, and daily operational tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Previous outdoor labour or maintenance experience
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A commitment to safety and exceptional guest service
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience operating 4x4 vehicles or utility equipment
- First Aid certification
- Experience or certification in chainsaw operation and/or brush cutting
- Knowledge of mountain or outdoor recreation operations
