Junior Sous Chef

Full-time, Year-Round 

Hours Per Week: 32 – 40 (guest visit and weather dependent. 4 day schedule though) 

Wage: $24.75/hour + gratuities

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This role is predominantly focused on overseeing and leading the production kitchen, while also providing service support when required. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing junior team members, and supporting the culinary leadership team in daily operations.
