Hours Per Week: 30 - 40 (guest visit and weather dependent)
Wage: $19.50/hour

Our Guest Services Associates are the friendly faces who help guests kickstart their adventure. Whether you’re selling season passes, answering questions at the ticket window or over the phone, or helping groups make the most of their visit, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
All team members at the Sea to Sky Gondola are expected to follow company policies, Provincial Health Orders, and WorkSafeBC requirements to keep our workplace safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Warmly interact with guests, promoting Sea to Sky Gondola facilities, services, and experiences
- Support company sustainability initiatives by reducing waste and energy use, and encouraging responsible practices among guests and team members
- Process season passes, day tickets, and group bookings accurately and efficiently
- Use the RTP|ONE POS system to complete all transactions and payments with accuracy
- Provide personalized information about the region to ensure guests have the best possible experience
- Address guest concerns professionally and work toward solutions that satisfy both the guest and the operation
- Maintain full accountability for all sales transactions
- Handle, record, and deposit all funds received; complete cash‑out procedures accurately
- Stay current on all pricing, programs, events, and policies at the Sea to Sky Gondola
- Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism or guest‑services industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Sea to Sky region and a genuine passion for people and the outdoors
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and passholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling cash
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and effective during high‑volume or stressful situations
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly; able to think on your feet
- Professional, mature, friendly, and well‑presented demeanor
- Criminal record check required (Age 18+)
