We are currently hiring Food Station Attendants to join our Culinary Team. FSAs work across all Summit Lodge food service outlets, serving hot and cold prepared foods and assisting with light kitchen prep. Our open‑concept service line allows FSAs to interact directly with guests—answering questions, enhancing their dining experience, and suggestively up‑selling food and beverage offerings.
This is an excellent entry‑level position for anyone looking to grow into a culinary career. We provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and opportunities to learn new skills in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and work efficiently within a designated food service section under supervision
- Serve prepared hot and cold food items to guests as orders arrive
- Restock the service line with food products and supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with basic food preparation following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station with proper mise en place
- Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained
- Properly handle, label, and rotate food products in compliance with Food Safe and health regulations
- Assist with catering functions as needed
- Support sustainability goals by reducing waste, conserving energy, and promoting engagement with recycling and composting programs
- Perform other duties as required by the Chef or culinary leadership team
Skills and Experience:
- Food Safe certification is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized during high‑volume periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to cross‑train and assist in different F&B areas
- Physically able to stand and work for long hours in a fast‑paced environment
- Mature, friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Criminal Record Check required
