Catering and Events Supervisor

Bring unforgettable events to life in one of the most breathtaking venues in the Sea to Sky. From leading a passionate catering team and supporting seamless service, to stepping in wherever needed to ensure every detail is just right, our Catering & Events Supervisor plays a key role in creating meaningful moments for guests from around the world.

Front of House Supervisor

Lead and support our Front of House team, ensuring every shift delivers the high standards Sea to Sky Gondola is known for.

Junior Sous Chef

Take the next step in your culinary career in one of the most breathtaking kitchens in the Sea to Sky. From leading daily production and mentoring junior cooks, to supporting service when it counts, our Junior Sous Chef plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food for guests from around the world.

Cleaner Lead Hand

The Cleaner Lead Hand works alongside the Supervisor to ensure a high level of cleanliess throughout the entire Gondola property. Must have a pasison for cleanliness and providing the best possible environment for our guests

Front of House Lead Hand

As the Front of House Lead Hand, you are a role model to the Lodge Front of House Team Members. Not only are you handcrafting speciality coffees, merchandising freshly baked pastries and creating long lasting memories for our Guests, you will also be overlooking the daily operations of the Summit Lodge.

Lift Host

A welcoming experience starts here. Lift Hosts are often the first point of contact for guests, providing a friendly greeting, scanning tickets, answering questions, and ensuring safe boarding of the gondola. They help manage guest flow, keep parking areas organized, and offer assistance whenever needed. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Summit Guide

Become a mountain ambassador, leading tours and snowshoe excursions while ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. As first aid attendants, Summit Guides respond to emergencies and assist with guest services, lift operations, and facility upkeep.

Busser

This role offers the perfect blend of nature, teamwork, and fun. As a busser at the Summit Lodge, you’ll be on the move, keeping dining areas spotless, chatting with visitors from around the world, and playing a key role in our sustainability efforts.

Bartender

Come work at 885 meters above Sea Level in the Summit Lodge with spectacular views of Howe Sound. They work in a very busy, fast paced environment supporting our Food & Beverage Team in the bar and always endeavour to create memorable guest experiences.

Guest Services Associate

You’ll be the go-to information hub for the operation, helping people navigate all the activities we offer. From selling season passes and tickets to answering questions at the ticket window, if you love connecting with people, this role will be a perfect fit.

Barista/Cashier

Bring our locally inspired food and beverages to life for guests from around the world. From handcrafting specialty coffees and showcasing freshly baked pastries to building genuine connections with visitors from all walks of life, we create lasting memories—all while enjoying the stunning backdrop of Howe Sound.

Food Station Attendant

At the Summit Lodge, our Food Service Attendants are an important part of the guest and culinary experience as they serve prepared dishes to guests and have the opportunity to chat and connect with them too. The Food Service Attendant has lots of opportunity to develop and grow into a Cook position.

Cleaner

Our cleaners are integral to the daily operations of the Sea to Sky Gondola and the cleanliness and sanitization of our facilities is of utmost importance to us. Our cleaners move between the Summit lodge and the basecamp, while guests are present, ensuring all areas remain clean and tidy and sanitized. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of washrooms, all food service areas and managing waste.

Retail Sales Associate

Connect with guests, passholders, and locals while delivering exceptional customer service! Share your passion and expertise as you help visitors discover everything from stylish apparel to unique creations by local artisans.

Shipper & Receiver

Our Shipper & Receiver receives products from vendors and moves them to the relevant department

Catering Server

Our Catering Servers collaborate with precision and care to deliver exceptional service, making each event memorable for every guest.
