Enjoy mountainside yoga with ocean views. 

Suitable for all levels, “Yang to Yin” is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.  With Vinyasa as the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up, bring oxygen into the systems and builds cardiovascular health. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. It is a great combination for a balanced start to your day. 

Time: 9:45am - 11am
Early gondola upload: Arrive at the gondola base by 9:30am
