Our chefs have designed an assortment of shareable plates that highlight the best of the season, perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails and refreshing mocktails. Whether you're sharing sourdough bread dipped in aged olive oil, delighting in the richness of braised beef cheek, or savoring the fresh brightness of scallop ceviche, every bite is a celebration of summer at altitude.
