Join us at the summit for Rescue Ready, a community mountain meet up. An event in support of Squamish Search and Rescue organized by Helly Hansen.
This interactive outdoor activation invites guests to meet the volunteers behind Squamish Search and Rescue and learn more about the work they do to keep our trails and mountains safe. Explore hands-on stations showcasing the gear, skills and teamwork behind real rescue operations.
Throughout the event, there will also be opportunities to support Squamish Search and Rescue through donations and prize draws, helping raise funds for the volunteers who respond when our community needs them most.
This interactive afternoon invites guests to meet the volunteers behind SSAR and learn more about the work they do to keep our trails and mountains safe. Explore hands-on stations where SSAR members share the gear, skills and teamwork involved in real rescue operations.
Visitors can test their navigation skills and learn about the tools and techniques used during search missions in the backcountry. Throughout the event, there will also be opportunities to support Squamish Search and Rescue through donations and prize draws, helping raise funds for the volunteers who respond when our community needs them most.
