Join us high above Howe Sound as the sun dips behind alpine peaks and laughter rises over shared plates. Taste of the Summit invites you to experience a Mediterranean-inspired evening that blends vibrant flavours, spectacular views, and the joy of connection.

This season’s menu celebrates the social art of tapas—warm sourdough torn between friends, crisp Marcona almonds passed across the table, and bite-sized indulgences that arrive in waves. Each dish is crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients and rooted in the lively spirit of Spanish tradition.
