This class will be fun, flowing and suitable for all levels; with modifications and variations available. We'll use gentle movement to awaken and lengthen the muscles as well as improve circulation and create healthy alignment in the body. We'll focus on linking body movement with breath and stimulating inner awareness, while taking in the amazing beautiful surroundings and mountain air. It will be a full spectrum practice, working on maintaining strength and stability while moving through a series of poses designed to balance the body and set you up for a great day.
Class time: 9:45am - 10:45am
Early gondola load: Arrive at gondola base by 9:30am
