Forrest Yoga builds strength and mobility progressively and provides postural variations for students of all ages and abilities. Classes will consist of a short meditation, breathing techniques and finger, hand, wrist and forearm warmup stretches. Then some core work, sun salutations, lunges and warrior postures. As we establish a clear understanding of how to move safely and effectively on the mat, they can then progress to more complex postures and arm balances. All levels will be welcomed and supported.
