Sous Chef
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will train, supervise and work with all cooks, specifically those working in the production eatery and café; in order to prepare, cook and present food according to Sea to Sky Gondola’s standard recipes.
Overnight Gondola Operations
The protection and safety of our gondola operation is of utmost importance to us. Our Overnight Gondola Operations personnel are responsible for the ensuring the facilities are secure overnight & are ready to welcome our Guests each morning.

CATERING COOK
Our Catering Cooks specialize in west coast contemporary cuisine, with simple and elegant presentations that showcase the tastes and trends of our region. Fresh Pacific seafood, BC rangeland meats, and Fraser Valley poultry are all paired with seasonal vegetables and greens.
Guest Services Associate
You are the information centre for the operation. Help people access all the activities we have on offer. From selling season passes and tickets to answering questions at the ticket window; if you love connecting with people, you will enjoy this role...
Cook
Our Cooks work in all food outlets of the Summit Lodge Food Service to prepare, cook and present food according to Sea to Sky Gondola’s standard recipes. Our open line allows our cooks to engage with our guests and suggestively sell food and beverage products. All Kitchen Team Members help ensure proper receiving, storage (including temperature setting) and rotation of food products so as to comply with health department regulations.
