Our Food and Beverage team creates beautiful and tasty food to nourish our visitors with. From special events to daily food service and everything in between, being part of the Food and Beverage team means being committed to excellence in taste and presentation and to working as a valuable team member in a busy kitchen.
Our Catering Demi-Chef provides support to the Catering Sous Chef. Using creativity and strong culinary skills the successful candidate in this position will be responsible for providing training and mentoring to more junior cooks. Ensures that all cooks in the catering division cook and present food according to the Sea to Sky Gondola’s standard recipes will be a key responsibility.
