Housing Manager
Reporting to the Maintenance, Operations & Special Projects Director, the Housing Manager is part of the Operations team and works to ensure that staff housing supports current and future recruitment needs and is a welcoming and safe home for our employees. This role coordinates all aspects of staff housing operations such as new resident arrivals, check ins and check outs, public tenants, rent payment, conflict/concern resolution, maintenance requests, and continuous improvement of best practices.
Human Resources Coordinator
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing support across all HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and HR administration. This dynamic role is ideal for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their Human Resources experience while making a meaningful impact on the team member experience.
Senior Chef de Partie
Take the next step in your culinary career in one of the most breathtaking kitchens in the Sea to Sky. From leading daily production and mentoring junior cooks, to supporting service when it counts, our Senior Chef de Partie plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food for guests from around the world.
Production Cook
Reporting to our Executive Chef, the Production Cooks prepare products for daily service, weddings, special events and grab & go. In this role, our team members will have the opportunity to learn new cooking styles and recipes. We are looking for a passionate team player, as you are the heart of the kitchen and will be preparing food for all our outlets and events.
Chef de Partie
Reporting to the Executive Chef, our Chef de Parties assist in all food outlets of the Summit Lodge to prepare, cook and present food according to Sea to Sky Gondola’s standard recipes.
Food Station Attendant
At the Summit Lodge, our Food Service Attendants are an important part of the guest and culinary experience as they serve prepared dishes to guests and have the opportunity to chat and connect with them too. The Food Service Attendant has lots of opportunity to develop and grow into a Cook position.
Cleaner
Our cleaners are integral to the daily operations of the Sea to Sky Gondola and the cleanliness and sanitization of our facilities is of utmost importance to us. Our cleaners move between the Summit lodge and the basecamp, while guests are present, ensuring all areas remain clean and tidy and sanitized. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of washrooms, all food service areas and managing waste.
Barista/Cashier
Bring our locally inspired food and beverages to life for guests from around the world. From handcrafting specialty coffees and showcasing freshly baked pastries to building genuine connections with visitors from all walks of life, we create lasting memories—all while enjoying the stunning backdrop of Howe Sound.
