ROCK AMBLESIDE PARK PARTNERS WITH SEA TO SKY GONDOLA (2017)

Vancouver, BC – Rock Ambleside Park and Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish are excited to announce that ticket holders to this year’s music festival are eligible to receive a special 2-for-1 ticket offer on the scenic gondola.

The offer includes a return trip on the gondola, and is valid starting today until November 5, 2017. To redeem this offer ticket holders for Rock Ambleside Park must present their music festival ticket at the Sea to Sky Gondola ticket window. All Rock Ambleside Park guests who visit the gondola will have their tickets marked and returned so they may use them at the festival. In order to receive this 2-for-1 offer the physical copy of the ticket must be presented. All other proofs of purchase will not be accepted. 

The Sea to Sky Gondola, located in Squamish, BC, is an accessible experience that offers spectacular views of Howe Sound, sweeping coastal forests and the surrounding mountains. Starting between Shannon Falls and Stawanus Chief, the gondola transports guests to the Summit Lodge which sits 885 meters above sea level. One of British Columbia’s newest tourist destinations, the gondola was featured in the New York Times’ 52 Places to Go in 2015 list and has welcomed over 1,000,000 guests since its opening.

Rock Ambleside Park will take place on August 18-20 at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver, BC. This year’s festival will feature Randy Bachman, Platinum Blonde, April Wine, Honeymoon Suite, Glass Tiger, The Stampeders, Harlequin, Headpins, Nick Gilder & Sweeney Todd, Helix and Prism.

Rock Ambleside Park has partnered with Vancouver’s Rock 101 and Ambleside Live to bring you this one-of-a-kind event. Ambleside Park is one of the most picturesque settings and Ambleside Live has hosted concerts by Kenny Chesney, Ed Sheeran, Tegan & Sara and Lilith Fair.  The festival grounds will have food trucks, drinks, and VIP access. Patrons are permitted to bring in their own lawn chairs for the event and come and go to the beach.
