We want our passholders to get great value out of their season passes. So, in addition to winter activities that will be available throughout the season, we will be organizing events and activities for you and your family to enjoy. We've made a list of some of the events we're planning, and some of the other perks of being season passholder with the Sea to Sky Gondola.

1. PASSHOLDER PERKS
If you ever have friends or family visiting, you can get 20% day tickets for up to 2 friends per day. In the late summer season, our passholders were given 20% off items in the retail shops.

2. SNOWSHOEING
Snowshoeing is a great, low-impact way to get outside and enjoy the beautiful winter landscape. If you've never tried it before, now is your chance! Try our snowshoe informative tours, or for the more exercise-oriented, try our "Snowshoe Running" clinics coming up in the winter. Stay tuned for more details.

3. SNOW TUBING
Try Squamish's first tube park! Ride to the Summit to enjoy old-fashioned tubing at the Sea to Sky Gondola. Located adjacent to Wonderland Lake Loop, the tube park will offer sliding fun for all ages. Close your day of winter fun in the Summit Lodge with a cup of hot cocoa or a new winter stew. Slide down and walk up (no cable tow). Please note, no other toboggans or sliding devices are permitted in the tube park or at the summit of the Sea to Sky Gondola. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Tube park access is $2.50/hour.

4. CANDLELIGHT DINNERS
Fridays and Saturdays December 5-20, 2014.
Starting Friday December 5th, we'll be open late on Fridays and Saturdays for cozy candlelight dinners. Escape into the alpine for a unique dinner experience above the clouds.

5. CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING CELEBRATION
First weekend of December
Join us in the quiet evening for a beautiful tree lighting celebration to ring in the first weekend of December and the upcoming winter holiday. Access to the tree lighting celebration is complimentary with gondola lift ticket or winter/annual season pass. Sign up for our newsletter to receive more details in November.

6. WINTER FONDUE DINNERS
Saturdays, December 27, 2014, February 7 (2015), March 7 (2015)
Come for a full day excursion. Snowshoe on our trails or slide down our tube park. End with a warm fondue dinner in our Summit Lodge.

7. MEET SANTA
Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7, 2014
11:00 am - 3:00pm

During the first weekend of December, ride to the summit in your best Picture-Day outfit -- or your favourite pajamas -- and snap a photo with Santa! Stay tuned for more details.

8. EASY ACCESS WINTER ACTIVITIES
Winter season: November 27 - April 30, 2015
We strive to offer activities for all abilities - and that doesn't change with the seasons. We will clear various trails over the winter season for wheelchair and stroller access. Cleared areas will include the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge and the Summit Lodge Viewing Deck along with the Spirit Trail as conditions permit.

9. SPORT CLINICS
Throughout the winter, we will host various snowshoeing and backcountry education clinics and events. Try out "snowshoe running" this winter at the Sea to Sky Gondola. More details to follow soon!

10. VISIT WITH YOUR OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS HASSLE-FREE
We have had a lot of visitors tell us it's been great to take their visiting friends and family to the Sea to Sky Gondola so they can show off the natural beauty of the outstanding region they live in. One of the perks of being a winter passholder is that you can come and go as you please, without the hassle and extra charge of buying a lift ticket each time. And, as we mentioned earlier in #1, season passholders get 20% off lift tickets for up to 2 friends/day.
